During the on-site consultation, we evaluate the property from a buyer’s perspective, reviewing the layout, visible conditions, and opportunities for improvement. Following the visit, you will receive a concise written report outlining recommended updates, staging guidance, and priorities to improve the home's overall presentation.
This report provides clear, neutral documentation that can support pricing discussions, negotiations, and listing preparation. It also allows Realtors to remain client-focused while offering thoughtful, third-party design guidance.
The base fee of $300 includes the on-site consultation and preparation of the staging report. Larger homes or properties that require additional time due to size, condition, or complexity may incur an additional $100 per hour charge, which will always be discussed and approved in advance.
